킴밥 : Kimpap

Hi! It's long time without news, right?

 

It's normal because I did many things (to much may be?).

 

I went in Montbéliard during 1 week to meet my 3d brother.

 

I went near to Nimes during 4 days. It was my final training EVS. I met many people who made the same kind of things that I did (EVS long time far from hometown!). It was good to share our felling.

 

I went in Amien (North of Paris) for the GA of Concordia. We were 120 people!! Wahouuuu!

 

I went in Lyon for few job interview.

 

The next weekend I'm going to Belgarde near to Geneva for a big meeting with people working in environmental education and sustainable development. It will be interessting!

 

 

Ok! It's very exciting what I tell you...or not...

So I give you a true information : In october I made Kimpap!

 

It's traditionnal korean meal with

-pap (bab) : rice          

-kim : kind of seeweed

=kimpap

 

It look like Maki (japanese).

 

 

It was long to make it but it was DELICIOUS (my family said)!

Croatia...one Week on vacation

The first week of october, I had vacation in Croatia...in my yatch.

Hé hé hé....it's not my yatch (I'm not rich!!). It's the yatch of my parents and of my friends' parents!

 

But it's enough for me! I had very good holiday.

I took a rest (a lot but not enough....I need more!!!!). The weather was good (not too hot, not too cold...perfectt). I had fun and I had good laugh (yes, do you remember?....I'm so Humorous!).

 

And I had lot of time to share and told my EVS in South Korea.

We listened a CD of Meditation (I bought it in Silsangsa : my temple in Korea)....Great, serenity, peace...!

 

 

So a great week with great people (me.....héhéhéhé!) and great landscape :

Reunion with my grandparents

Sunday, 3de october, I visited my grandparents.

 

It was a very good moment. They were so happy to see me again. I told them my travel in South Korea, my life, my friends, my job, where, with who, how........many things!!

I'm happy to share a part of my "far life"...in the other part of the world. Yes, it's true, it's very far! I understood that when I spoke with them!

 

I showed some pictures of my Korean life : landscape, house, students, teachers, monks... My grandparent were thankful to "meet" them.
